The AEEE Secretariat is headed by Dr Koshy Cherail. The core team listed below, is often complimented with interns, consultants and graduate trainee engineers from member organizations.
The secretariat is based in Delhi, with active presence in the South. AEEE functions as a lean organization actively partnering with its knowledge partners and members in its initiatives and bringing various programmes and activities on the road. The AEEE Board oversees secretariat activities with regular board meetings. AEEE AGM 2011 was held in August, at Delhi. The 2011 AGM was highligted with the election of the EC. The AGM also saw increased member participation via audio-video conferencing.
