Since its launch in November 2008 AEEE membership has grown to 30 members. AEEE members represent various segments of the energy efficiency industry - Technology, Equipment and Service providers and as well as end-users of energy, committed to energy efficiency. AEEE members also include reputed research and academic organizations. AEEE has a participatory approach involving members and seeking guidance from its knowledge partners and peer organizations.
AEEE Membership fees contributes to the capital fund and partly for operating expenses. The annual membership fees vary according to the category of members. Membership categories and fees structures are available under the membership menu (where membership forms are downloadable).
Founding Corporate Companies
AEEE was incorporated with the financial support of four energy efficiency equipment and services companies: Conzerv Systems Pvt Ltd (now Schneider-Electric Conzerv India Pvt Ltd), Schneider-Electric India, Thermax Limited and Grundfos Pumps India Pvt Ltd. These founding corporate companies played a significant role in establishing the organization. Each of these companies contributed to AEEE Charter Fund. Resonating the diversity of the Energy Efficiency industry, these companies are industry leaders in various energy efficiency industry segments.
